Attorney Edward Duke

Edward Duke is an experienced trial lawyer who was admitted to the bar in 1978. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his law degree from Detroit College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Association for Justice and the National College for DUI Defense. 

Mr. Duke's primary specialty is complex civil litigation and criminal defense with an emphasis on representing clients charged with serious drinking and drug related offenses. With over thirty years of experience in the criminal defense arena, he has developed strong working relationships with outstanding toxicologists who specialize on the effects of alcohol and various drugs on the human body and routinely uses their expertise in developing successful defense strategies to drunk driving prosecutions.

Although Mr. Duke primarily  represents clients in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Genesee, Lapeer and Tuscola counties, he has successfully defended clients throughout the State of Michigan.  As a member of Pierce, Duke, Farrell, & Tafelski, PLC Mr. Duke maintains offices in Lapeer and Oakland counties.
